When did you know you would be an entrepreneur? My whole life. I always knew I didn’t want to work for someone else. I’ve always dreamed of being a business owner and I still have a lot more I want to accomplish.

What was your ambition when you started? When I started I just wanted to not stress about money, be financially stable, and not have to trade more than 40 hours/wk for that.

How has it changed, and what is your ambition today? Now my ambition is to make a mark on this world. Become an investor myself. I would love to own rental properties and a strip mall. I want to put my money to work for me so I can have time to focus on helping and empowering other people to find their passion and live their best life.

What is the best advice you ever got about running a business? “Whoever works the hardest has the most luck.” It’s hard to be on your own and not have a ton of structure. If you want something you have to work for it. When you work really really really hard it always works out one way or another.

Tell us all about your business. Investment Real Estate Broker. I buy and sell real estate for investors looking for income-producing properties. I work with people buying rentals, doing fix and flips and, new construction. It’s fast-paced exciting and way different than what most people are used to hearing about

What are some of the biggest challenges you face as a business owner so far, and how did you overcome them? The biggest challenge for me is the mental battle. It’s easy to beat yourself up about all the little things or replay a million ways you could have done something differently or worked harder or smarter. Learning to ride the highs and lows, not every day is a cakewalk. Sometimes you wake up and absolutely crush and some days you wake up and don’t want to do anything. Learning to balance that and not beat yourself up along the way.

How do you define “success” for you? Success to me is being excited to start my days. It’s being a valuable resource to my clients and network, it’s being proud of the work I do and continuing to learn and grow along the way.

What is your secret to success? Your network is your Net Worth. Honest connections. At the end of the day, people want to do business with people; that they like. I think building genuine relationships goes way further than anything else. When you’re not just focused on a sale or what a certain lead or person can do for you in that moment and you just make a genuine connection the rewards come back tenfold. Maybe you wont do business with that person that day or that month or ever but if someone likes you and has the opportunity to do business with you or send business your way they will.

Now, tell us a fun “secret” I learned how to ski when I was one year old!! I switched to snowboarding when I was 10 and now I can barely ski lol

What great advice would you give to other women entrepreneurs? Don’t let anyone tell you or make you feel like you aren’t capable and deserving of everything you could ever want! If you hit a roadblock try a different way. Sometimes when it feels like it’s all over it’s just a new beginning. Don’t give up on your dreams, they’re YOUR dreams. No one else will chase them for you. You can manifest your way through this life!

Anything else you would like to share to inspire and uplift other women entrepreneurs? It’s fun to be a girl boss! Go out there and get what you want!! There is a place in this world for you where you will feel like you fit perfectly and have the tools to become whatever you desire.
