Putting yourself last is often how we prioritize our time and energy because…
.- isn’t enough time –
– there is always the next emergency –
– people depend on you –
– here is always the next emergency –
– people depend on you –
– you have important responsibilities –
– if you don’t do it… who will?! –
– You’re building something –
– There is so much to do –

SOUND FAMILIAR?

While this works in the short term, it’s incredibly detrimental in the long term. Make time to care for your needs. In order to take care of everything, and everyone else in the long term, you have to continue to fill your vessel. Sometimes we need to remember to take care of ourselves, and how…. Choose something from each category and try to incorporate it into your week.

Physical Self-Care
