I felt that my life was in a holding pattern and I didn’t know how to move forward. I felt disinterested and unmotivated to look forward at what was next. Megan’s positivity and constant support made it easy to really ‘dig deep’ and ask the hard questions. She was always ready with next step solutions and ideas to help me continuously move forward in my journey to balance and wellness.

Now I am able to better identify the beginning of negative thought patterns and redirect them in a constructive way. I feel much happier and productive as a person and the results of these things are already beginning to show in all areas of my life. Today I feel positive and in control. I have a better understanding of how my thoughts and actions impact my day-today and I feel confident in my ability to take control of the next chapter of my life.
