Real-Talk: I know this is easier said than done. It is easy for me to advocate for creating and keeping a routine while I sit at my keyboard with my “Life-Coach” hat on, but when you add in the real business of life it can be difficult. I get it, it is for me too. If you can shoot for keeping your routine 3 days a week – once mastered, go for 5 days a week. You’re a rock-star at 6 days a week!
